摘要
用荧光光谱法研究了甲苯咪唑与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的光谱特征 ,证实由于非辐射能量转换机制 ,甲苯咪唑对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭能力 ,按照Stern-Volmer方程和双倒数方程分析处理实验数据 。
The spectral feature of binding reaction of mebendazole with bovine serum albumin(BSA)was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.It was shown that mebendazole has a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism.The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation and double-reciprocal equation,and the binding constants,and the thermodynamic parameters were obtained.
