抗血小板治疗可以有效预防和治疗血栓性疾病 ,氯吡格雷是一种新型安全高效的抗血小板药物。简要综述了氯吡格雷的药理学特性、与其他抗血小板药物的比较 ,以及国内外对其各种合成方法的研究进展。

It is well recognized that antiplatelet therapy is effective in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis. The pharmacology and the progress of synthesis research work of clopidogrel, an ADP receptor antagonist,are briefly reviewed in this article.
