以冰乙酸为溶剂制备2-溴噻吩 被引量:4

Synthesis of 2-Bromothiophene using Glacial Acetic Acid as Solvent

摘要 以冰乙酸为溶剂 ,通过噻吩和溴反应制备了 2 -溴噻吩 ,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。结果表明 :原料配比为 1∶0 95 ,反应时间 1~ 1 5h ,反应温度为 1 0℃ 。 Synthesis of 2-bromothiophene using thiophene and bromine as raw materials,and glacial acetic acid as solvent was studied. The factors influencing the synthesis are discussed. The optimum condition are that the molar ratio of bromine to thiophene is 0 95∶1,the reaction time is 1~1 5?h,and the reaction temperature is 10?℃.
