宫颈癌的新辅助动脉化疗 被引量：17

摘要 新辅助动脉化疗 (NIC)即手术前或放疗前进行的动脉化疗 ,作为一种新的治疗手段用于宫颈癌 ,可有效减小肿瘤肿块体积 ,降低影响预后的盆腔内危险因素 ,提高宫颈癌患者的手术分期和放疗的效果 ,提高生存率。但NIC只是一种辅助治疗手段 ,不能代替手术、全身化疗及放疗 ,恰当地选择适应人群 ,实行个体化治疗 ,探索最佳的治疗方案及方法是近期研究发展的方向。
