摘要 介绍了塔河油田短半径水平井对有线随钻测斜仪器的特殊要求,对仪器在应用中出现的高温抗震动、坐键、电缆磨损问题进行了分析,并给出了技术对策。改进后的有线随钻仪器完全满足了该地区短半径水平井钻井的要求,可以部分替代无线随钻测斜仪,降低了钻井成本,应进一步推广应用。 This paper presents the special requirements for wireline MWD applied to short-radius horizontal wells in Tahe Oilfield, and analyzes problems that arise from utilizing this tool, including high temperature anti-vibration, keyseat sticking and wireline wear. Based on above study, the corresponding solutions are given. The improved wireline MWD satisfies needs of drilling short-radius horizontal wells in this area, which can partly replace some wireless MWDs. The instrument reduces drilling costs and is worth being further popularized and applied.
