Based on analysis of domestic and abroad drilling market situations, this paper reviews the inevitability of Shengli Drilling Company entering into international drilling markets and analyzes the present problems. It is believed that Shengli Drilling Company should improve international competitive ability by employing talented persons and building good enterprise image to survive and develop in the international drilling markets.
