摘要
四聚体技术是一种可直接对抗原特异的T淋巴细胞进行标记的新方法。多种MHC分子和多种来源的多肽分子被用于制备四聚体 ,研究抗原特异的T细胞在抗病毒感染、自身免疫病和抗肿瘤中的作用。另外 。
