摘要 细胞色素P 45 0 (CYP)中的CYP2D6酶在抗抑郁药、安定药及某些抗心律失常药的代谢中起重要作用 ,CYP2D6基因位于 2 2号常染色体上为隐性遗传 ,CYP2D6基因呈多态性约有 70余种等位基因变异型 ,也存在特异人群差别 ,因而导致所编码的酶活性不同 ,这些数据有助于理解药物代谢的个体差异、有助于预测药物之间的相互作用。 CYP2D6 enzyme of cytochrome P-450(CYP) plays an important role in metabolism of antidepressants,neuroleptics, and some antiarrhythmics etc. The gene encoding of the enzyme is localized on chromosome 22 and inherited as an autosomal recessive trait. CYP2D6 gene is highly polymorphic with 70 allelic variants and has population-specific allelic variants which encode different enzyme activities. The data are helpful to understand interindividual variation in drug metabolism and to predict drug-drug interactions.
