摘要 国家大剧院工程施工中应用了多项新的模板体系。例如,采用平板玻璃钢圆柱模板,混凝土成型效果良好,垂直度和圆度偏差均在2mm内,光滑度满足清水混凝土要求,提高工效2~3倍;采用可调曲线模板体系,解决了结构曲线墙体多、模板曲率变化范围大等问题;采用液压爬升系统、高大空间支撑体系等,也都有针对性地解决了施工难题,确保了工程质量。 Several new form systems have been applied in the construction of the National Theatre.For ex-ample,by applying the plate glass steel column form it has been achieved that well concrete shaping,vertical and roundness deviation within2mm,smoothness up to the requirement of as-cast-finish concrete and work ef-ficiency increased by2~3times.By applying adjustable curve form system it has been solved that too much of structural curve walling and big variation of form curvature.By applying hydraulic climbing system and huge space bracing system the aimed construction problems have been solved and the works quality has been en-sured.
