The correlation between human chemical factor receptor genetic polymorphism and AIDS

摘要 不同个体感染HIV 1后其临床过程及预后可有较大差别。决定个体易感性及病程进展的因素是综合性的 ,包括病毒、宿主及环境等因素。 The clinical course and outcome of HIV 1 infection are highly variable among individuals.Factors that influence susceptibility to infection and disease progression include virus,host,and environment.Here we provide a brief review of the reported chemical factor receptor genetic polymorphism associated with progression of AIDS.
