肺癌患者血清瘦素和肿瘤坏死因子-α的检测及其相关性分析

Detection of serum leptin,TNF-α and their correlated analysis in patients with lung cancer

目的 检测肺癌患者血清瘦素 (leptin)和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)浓度并分析其相关性。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 3 4例肺癌患者 (肺癌组 )和 2 5例正常人 (对照组 )的血清瘦素和TNF α ,并分别测定两组实验者的体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能 ,分析瘦素与其他参数的相关性。结果 ( 1)肺癌组患者血清瘦素 ( 1.5 μg/L± 0 .8μg/L)的水平显著低于对照组 ( 3 .2 μg/L±1.8μg/L) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而TNF α( 2 .1μg/L± 0 .6μg/L)浓度高于对照组 ( 1.0 μg/L± 0 .5 μg/L) ,但两组间无显著相关性。 ( 2 )与对照组比较 ,肺癌组患者的T细胞亚群 (CD+ 3 T、CD+ 4 T、CD+ 8T)和总淋巴细胞计数 (TLC)显著下降 ,且与血清瘦素浓度呈正相关。

Objective To detect concentration of serum leptin and TNF α in patients with lung cancer and to analysis their correlation.Methods Serum leptin and TNF α concentrations were measured by radioimmunossay in 34 patients with lung cancer and in 25 controls,humoral immunity and cell mediated immunity were also measured separately,the correlation between leptin and other parameters were analyzed.Results (1)Serum leptin concentration in 34 patients with lung cancer were lower significantly than that in control,whereas serum TNF α concentration were higher than that in control.There no correlation between TNF α and leptin.(2)Compared with control,T lymphocyte subsets and TLC decreased obviously,and serum leptin level was significantly correlated with the parameters for cell mediated immunity.Conclusion The lower concentration of serum leptin in patients with lung cancer perhaps involved in the decrease of T cell mediated immunity function.
