RNA干扰技术在寄生虫作用机制及抗药性研究中的应用

摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是普遍存在于植物、真菌以及动物等真核生物中的一种自身防御反应,可以在线虫和植物体内传播[1]。自从1998年Fire和Mello[2]描述了秀丽隐杆线虫的RNAi现象至今,RNAi技术已经得到了突飞猛进的发展,为我们提供了应用反向遗传学来探索基因功能的方法[3]。人类生存环境中的医学原虫、医学蠕虫等寄生虫对人和动物的生命与健康产生了极大的威胁。由于缺乏相应的疫苗,
