广州市不同功能建筑的热释放系数研究

Research on Heat Release Standard of Different Functional Buildings in Guangzhou City

摘要 随着产业结构的转型升级,建筑能耗的增长成为必然趋势,随之增长的建筑热释放也将对人们的生活产生更大的影响.建筑能耗和热释放的研究对城市规划有着重要的指导意义,是迈进低耗高效经济时代的奠基石.通过文献梳理,对广州、深圳、东莞等夏热冬暖地区超过1 200栋建筑的能耗数据进行统计,确定了广州市住宅建筑、行政办公、商务办公、商场、宾馆饭店、科研教育、文体类和医疗卫生这八类建筑的能耗强度和能耗结构,并对燃料、空调、照明、电器设备等耗能系统的散热情况和使用特点进行总结分析,确定了各类建筑的热释放强度及其时间分布特征. With the upgrading of industrial structure, the growth of building energy consumption has become an inevitable trend, and the increasing heat release of buildings will have a greater impact on people's lives. The analysis of building energy consumption and heat release has important guiding significance for urban planning and is the cornerstone for moving into a low-cost but high-efficiency economic era. Through reviewing the literature and combing statistics of energy consumption for more than 1 200 buildings in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and other subtropics cities, this article has determined the energy intensity and energy consumption structure of eight types of buildings in Guangzhou, including residential buildings, administrative offices buildings, commercial offices buildings, shopping mall buildings, hotel and restaurant buildings, research and education buildings,cultural and sports buildings, and health care buildings. In addition, this article analyzes the heat dissipation and the usage characteristics of each energy-consuming systems such as fuel, airconditioning, lighting, and electrical equipment, and determines the heat release intensity and time distribution of various types of buildings.
