摘要
随着我国城市的发展,城市轨道交通已进入快速发展时期,在不断的发展中,对其进行评价并作为未来规划的参考是必不可少的.文章对广州市城市轨道交通可达性进行分析,并采用地理加权回归方法探究其与站点服务区形态之间的关系,从而对广州市城市轨道交通作出评价.对于可达性和服务区形态,分别采用空间句法和Boyce-Clark形状指数进行分析和评价.结果表明:广州市中心城区的站点可达性与服务区内部空间联系都较高,而对于周边地区,两者的值都较低,说明周边地区应当大力发展城市轨道交通;广州市城市轨道交通站点可达性与服务区内部空间联系强度之间关系较为密切.通过地理加权回归分析,本文对拟合效果较好的区域提出可达性或服务区形态的优化方法,可对未来城市轨道交通的规划提出参考性的建议.
With the development of cities in China, urban rail transit has entered a period of rapid development in recent years. In the continuous development, it is essential to evaluate them and use the result as a reference for future plans. This article refers to the service scope of each site in the urban rail transit system as the service area of the site, and accessibility refers to the ease of communication between spatial entities. Accessibility is one of the methods to evaluate the quality of urban rail transit.This paper analyzes the urban rail transit accessibility in Guangzhou and uses geographic weighted regression to explore its relationship with the shape of the service area in order to evaluate the urban rail transit and make suggestions for future planning. For accessibility, this paper uses spatial syntax to analyze; for the service area morphology, Boyce-Clark shape index is used to evaluate it and get the service area internal space contact strength. The results show that: 1) The site accessibility of downtown Guangzhou and the internal space of the service area are relatively high. Correspondingly, for the surrounding areas, the values of both are relatively low, indicating that the surrounding areas should vigorously develop urban rail transit. 2) The relationship between the site accessibility of urban rail transit and the spatial relationship strength within the service area is relatively close, indicating that the interaction between the two is relatively large. Through the geographically weighted regression model obtained in this paper, we can make accessibility or service area shape optimization methods for regions with good fitting effect, and propose suggestions for future urban rail transit planning. After analysis,accessibility of regions with bad fitting effect are already meet the needs, so only the optimization of the service area shape is needed.
