三丙酮胺抗心肌缺血缺氧研究 被引量:2

THE ANTI-MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIC ACTION OF TRIACETONAMINE ISOLATED FROM JUNCELLA SQAMATA

摘要 实验证明:从南海鳞丁芯柳珊瑚Juncella sqamata提纯的活性物质三丙酮胺(Triace-tonamine-HCl,TAA)能延长小鼠常压和减压缺氧的耐受时间,提高小鼠存活率,显著增加离体兔心冠脉流量和小鼠心肌营养性血流量,有效地缓解静注垂体后叶素或结扎冠脉造成的严重心肌缺血,明显抑制大鼠实验性血小板血栓的形成。结果提示,TAA具有明显的抗动物实验性心肌缺血块氧的作用。初步探讨了其作用原理。 Triacetonamine(TAA)is artificially synthesized based on the molecular structure of natural substances isolated from Juncella sqamata obtained from South China Sea.TAA 40mg/kg or 75mg/kg (ip) significantly increased the survival time and rate of mice under normobaric or hypobaric hypoxia. The heightened T wave in EGG induced by iv pituitrin could be prevented by pretreatment with iv TAA 23.3mg/kg. The rate of ventricular fibrillation induced by coronary artery occlusion in rats was greatly decreased by iv TAA.TAA also evidently increased the coronary flow of the hearts isolated from rabbits and myocardial blood flow in mice by 86Rb Cl-extraction method. TAA significantly inhibited the thrombus formation in rats. The results suggest that TAA has an evident effect of anti-myocardial ischemia.
