摘要
介绍了模拟电路故障诊断的重要性及其现状 ,对基于故障字典法的故障诊断方法进行了研究 ,探讨了基于神经网络的故障诊断方法 。
The importance and the state of the art of fault diagnosis of the analogue circuit are introduced.The fault diagnosis method based on the fault diagnosis and the neural networks is investigated and the development trend of the fault diagnosis technology is also presented.
