摘要
介绍了一种生物发酵过程实时监测与控制系统设计的新思路 ,通过对以传统仪表为主、容量为 14L的发酵罐控制系统的技术改造 ,设计完成了发酵过程的计算机实时监测与控制系统 ,提出了一种发酵过程生物参数的软测量方法 。
A new idea of system design about real time monitor & control of fermentation is presented.A real time monitoring & control system of fermentation with computer is finished by way of technical reconstruction to a 14 liter fermentor based on traditional instruments.A soft measurement method about biological parameter is put forth,which provides a platform of technology for model building and optimization of fermentation.
