微生物絮凝剂絮凝胶清的研究

摘要 采用一种微生物絮凝剂凝固胶清,确定其最佳用量的同时研究所得胶清橡胶的理化性能、硫化特性以及力学性能,并与硫酸凝固胶清橡胶进行对比。结果表明:微生物絮凝剂最佳用量为0.6g/L,与硫酸凝固胶清橡胶相比,微生物絮凝剂凝固的胶清橡胶具有较好的理化性能和力学性能,特别是抗氧化指数以及耐老化性能有明显的提升,同时具有较快的硫化速率。 This paper introduced that skim is flocculated by a microbial flocculant, the optimal dosage of microbial flocculant was determined, simultaneously, the physical and chemical properties, curing characteristics and mechanical properties of shim rubber coagulated by microbial flocculant were investigated, comprehensively, which compared with sulfuric acid coagulated skim rubber. The results showed that the optimal dosage of microbial flocculant was 0.6 g/L, the physical and chemical properties and mechanical properties especially antioxidant index and anti-aging properties of shim rubber coagulated by microbial flocculant were better than those of sulfuric acid coagulated skim rubber. As to the curing characteristics, the vulcanization rate of shim rubber coagulated by microbial flocculant was higher than that of sulfuric acid coagulated skim rubber.
