速凝剂对喷射砼性能影响的研究

Study on influnce of flash set accelerator on performance of spray concrete

通过的对比试验,阐述了实际施工环境中,SJ-N型速凝剂在不同厂家生产的#425普通水泥、不同掺量、水灰比、养护温度,以及原材料在不同风化和水化程度条件下,对喷射砼的凝结时间、强度、收缩率等主要技术性能的影响,得出了速凝剂在喷射砼实际应用中掺加量的确定方法和使用要求.

By contrast test, in condition of different cement manufacture, accelerator admixture ,w/c, curing temperature, different air slacking and wet hydration degree, influnce of SJ-SN flash set accelerator on some main technical performance of spray concrete such as setting time, strength and shrinkage rate is expatiated. And the method of decide quntum of flash set accelerator and use requirement in practice are made out.
