摘要
预分解窑系统熟料冷却机和窑尾预热器排出的废气温度在350℃左右,其热量占烧成系统总热耗的35%左右。为充分利用这部分余热,可设置余热发电装置。目前预分解窑余热发电系统有纯余热发电系统和带补燃炉的余热发电系统。前者系统简单、投资少,且不增加能耗,但发电量较少,吨熟料发电量约30kWh;后者发电量大,经济效益可观,但投资较高,系统也较复杂。两种余热发电系统所用设备均已成熟,系统运行是有保障的,国内外已有许多成功运行的实例。加之我国政府对利用余热发电有明确的政策扶持,因此,在新型预分解窑上增设中低温余热发电系统,可为企业带来较好的经济效益。
Temperature of the waste gas exhausted from clinker cooler and preheater of precalciner system is about 350℃, and the heat is about 35% of the whole heat consumption. To make the most use of this part of heat, congeneration equipment is set. At present there are two kinds of power generation system--power generation by pure waste heat and power
generation by waste heat with furnace as supplement. For the former, the system is simple, the cost is low and no new heat consumption, but the generate electricity capacity per ton clinker is low to 30kW/h. For the latter, the capacity is great and economic benefit is notable, but the investment is high and the whole system is more complicated. Running of the two system is guaranteed by mature equipments, and there are many successful examples around the world, and in our country, it's supported by the government for developing congeneration, so it can bring greater economic benefit for the enterprise to add system of power generation by waste heat from high or low temperature gas to NSP kiln system.
