摘要
KBM磨内改造技术将康毕登磨与高产磨、高细磨、筛分磨技术优化组合在一起,以专有技术装置代替原有的普通隔仓板及细磨仓少部分衬板,并辅以合理的球段方案,优化磨机仓内配置、对开流磨进行增产、节能、提质、增效改造,可使其产量增加30%以上,电耗下降25%以上,水泥强度提高约5MPa,产品比表面积增加50~100m^2/kg,且颗粒分布均匀。另外,改造投资低,改造工期短。
KBM in-mill reconstruct technology is composed of Kangbideng mill, super fine mill and screen mill technology through optimization, ordinary intermediate diaphragm and some liner plate in fine grinding chamber are replaced by proprietary technology equipments with reasonable ball grade and optimization of in-mill configuration. After reconstructing open circuit grinding mill for increasing output, saving energy, strengthening quality and enhancing benefit, the output increased above 30%, power consumption decreased more than 25%, cement strength increased about 5 MPa, cement specific area increased 50-100m2/kg and the grain spacing is homogeneous. In addition, the reconstruct investment is low while the project time is short.
