摘要
智慧是人类认识世界和精神文明的最高级境界,也是人类数千年来一直孜孜不倦地探索追求的目标。数千年来,人类从各个角度与领域来研究智慧的本质、来源、定义、发展等一系列的问题。其中,成果最为显著的是智慧问题在管理领域中的应用。本文主要从斯腾伯格的智慧平衡理论角度切入,深入分析智慧平衡理论中"价值观"、"隐性知识的运用"、"各种利益的平衡"等要素在高等教育管理实践中应用,并提出培养个人管理智慧的途径及方法,即正确树立教育管理价值观,平衡各种利益群体的利益,不断反思"行动中的认识"并解读我们自身的隐性知识,并在种种冲突与矛盾中做出"最优决策"。
Wisdom is the highest state for the human beings to recognize the world and the spiritual civilization and it is also the object that the mankind has constantly pursued. During the thousands of years, people have been studying series of questions of wisdom from various aspects and fields regarding the essence, resource, definition and development of wisdom. Among these, the application of wisdom to the management field is one of the most fruitful achievements. This paper started with the theory of balanced wisdom proposed by Sternberg, and aimed to deeply analyze the application of the elements of ' value ' , ' implicit knowledge ' and ' balance of different interests ' to the practice of management of higher education. Finally the paper proposed the methods of cultivating personal management wisdom, that is to establish the right educational management values, balance the interests of different interest groups, constantly reflect the ' knowledge in action ' , analyze the implicit knowledge and make the ' optimal decision ' amidst different conflicts and contradictions.
