摘要
教师素质的巨大差异是当前中国城乡教育水平发展失衡的重要原因。"顶岗支教"项目作为一种城乡教育互动发展形式,在缓解边疆农村教育资源匮乏现状、提高城乡教师综合教育水平等方面做出了重要贡献。本文利用黑龙江省黑河市顶岗支教大学生的实地调查数据,实证分析了大学生对顶岗支教项目的参与意愿研究。实证结果表明,参加支教相关培训的经历、对支教工作的社会认可度预期、支教经历对成长的意义、是否有计划从事教育工作、家庭对参与支教的支持程度以及自身对学校支教管理部门的看法等因素对大学生选择是否参与"顶岗支教"项目的意愿具有较为显著的正向影响。本文最后结合实证研究结果提出了提升大学生参与"顶岗支教"项目意愿的政策建议。
The huge disparity in teachers ’ quality is an important reason that results in Chinese urban and rural education development disparity. As a new kind of interaction between urban and rural schools, the ' Exchang and Volunteer Teaching ' project plays a key role in relieving the scarcity of rural education resources in the border areas of China and improving urban and rural teachers' professional level. This paper investigated the college students ’ willingness to participate in the ' Exchange and Volunteer Teaching ' project, utilizing the survey data on college students at Heihe County in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that training, the expectations for social recognition, the significance of the experience for improving students ’ personal growth, whether they have a career plan in the field of education, weather their family support them to participate in the project, and the students ’ attitudes towards the administrative departments had significant positive impacts on college students' choice of whether to participate in the project. Recommendations to promote College Students' willingness to participate in the ' Exchange and Volunteer Teaching ' project were discussed based on the results of the empirical research.
