关于新时期我国人文社会科学国际化发展若干问题的思考

Treflections on the Development of the Internationalization of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences in the New Era

以"自主创新、内涵提高"为主,借鉴与遵循国际学术标准为辅,是新时期我国人文社会科学国际化发展道路的正确选择。这一道路的提出,不仅是对目前我国人文社会科学国际化理工思路的纠正,而且在我国全面推进小康社会建设、建设创新型国家和构建社会主义和谐社会的新时期具有重要的意义。"自主创新、内涵提高"为主、借鉴与遵循国际学术标准为辅的道路,具有深刻的内涵,对于具有"国际通行"的人文社会科学和"中国特色"鲜明的人文社会科学有不同的要求。学科体系设置、研究范式与研究方法、教师国际学术能力以及现行的学术绩效考核评价体系,是影响我国人文社会科学国际化发展的主要因素。在推进我国人文社会科学国际化发展时,要正确处理好战略与战术、形式与内容、本土化与国际化、传统与创新、竞争性与吸引性的关系。

The development of the internationalization of Chinese humanities and social sciences in the new era follows the right path of drawing upon and abiding by the international academic paradigms and standards to achieve ‘ independent innovation and quality improvement ’ Such a path will not only correct the current inclination towards polytechnic sciences and thoughts about the development of the internationalization of Chinese humanities and social sciences, but also has significant meanings and values in the new era of constructing a well-off Chinese society and building an innovative nation and a harmonious socialist society. The path of ‘ independent innovation and quality improvement ’ has profound implications and different requirements and standards for those ' internationally universal humanities and social sciences ' and for those disciplines with Chinese characteristics. As we push forward through the road, we should deal with five kinds of relationships properly, i.e., between strategy and tactics, form and content, localization and internationalization, tradition and innovation, competitiveness and attractiveness.
