摘要
我国大学生就业市场是伴随着市场经济和劳动力市场的发展而发展的。大学生人才资源的市场配置机制推进了高等教育改革,促进了高等教育大众化进程。当前,我国大学生就业市场运行的内在矛盾和制度困境抑制了大学生就业的市场化进程,大学生人才资源配置效率不高,大学生就业难和失业问题十分突出。当前的关键问题是要打破劳动力市场的多重分割,维护大学生公平公正就业,建立利益相关者协同合作的就业市场运行机制,促进大学生充分就业。
With the development of market economy and labor market, Chi na's employment market for college graduates has continuously developed. Mar ket allocation mechanism of human resources advances higher education reform and boosts the universalization of higher education. Currently, the inherent and institutional dilemma of employment market for college graduates restrain the marketization process of college graduates' employment, which result in low-ef ficient allocation of human resources and lack of employment opportunities for college graduates. The key to solve the problem is to break the deadlock over hi erarchical segmentation of labor market, preserve fairness and justice of gradu ate employment, and establish operating mechanism of employment market for college graduates in which stakeholders can jointly take part to provide adequate employment opportunities.
