摘要
学校教育乃是个体走向成熟公民的预备,学校公共生活的开启意在以公共空间的开启,启迪学生个体的公共情怀、公共理性,孕育公共理性精神,养成优良的公共生活方式,由此而达成公民人格的历练。但学校公共生活乃是基于教育引导与保护之中的公共生活,并不同于社会公共生活,学生的成长与理性精神的发育是一个过程,这一过程需要必要的保护,以免成长中的个体在全然暴露于公共生活的过程中因为缺少了必要的自我常识错误空间而导致个体尊严的缺损。在学校公共生活开启的过程中对学生私人性的必要保护,究其实质而言就是保护个体成长的自由。
The school education prepares an individual to grow into a ma ture citizen. And the opening of the school public life is to open the public space, to enlighten students' individual public sentiment and public reason, to breed the public rational spirit, and to cultivate the decent ways of living, thus shaping the civic personality of each individual. But the school public life is based on educational guidance and protection, which is different from the social public life. Students' growth and their development of rational spirit is a pro cess. This process requires necessary protection, so as to avoid the damage to in dividual's dignity, owing to inadequate room for self trials when the individual is completely exposed to public life. So the essence of necessary protection for students' privacy when the school public life is provided lies in protecting the individual's freedom to grow.
