摘要
大学组织变革,尤其是经费来源的多元化并没有改变大学组织的非营利性。大学知识生产的专业性、自主性、创新性和教师的劳动特性、工作性质决定了大学组织与生俱来存在着严重的信息不对称,也决定了大学组织的非营利性。作为信息不对称的大学组织,关心长期效益,建立声誉制度至为重要。
The university is a non-profit organization which has an inherent feature of information asymmetry. The information asymmetry is decided bythe expertise, autonomy and innovation brought by the knowledge in the university as well as the characteristics of university professors' work. As an information-asymmetry-organization, it's essential for the university to establish a reputation system and pay more attention to long-term sustainable benefits.
