摘要
本文利用对黑龙江省黑河学院大学生的调研数据,对大学生关于"顶岗支教"的参与行为和满意度进行了实证分析,重点探讨了个体特征、专业技能特征、家庭特征、职业规划特征等因素对大学生支教工作的参与行为和满意度的影响。研究结果表明,支教培训经历、家庭成员的支持度、家庭经济状况、学校对支教重视程度、社会认可程度以及对支教了解程度等对大学生顶岗支教的参与水平存在显著的影响;支教大学生对支教工作的满意率约为56.64%,年龄与支教满意度负相关,支教培训经历、家庭成员的支持度、社会认可程度以及对支教了解程度则对支教满意度有正向影响。大学生的职业规划特征对其支教工作满意度的影响并不显著。在此基础上,本文提出相关政策建议。
Using the survey data on college students of Heihe College inHeilongjiang Province, this paper analyzed college students' participation behavior and satisfaction evaluation of'Exchange and Volunteer Teaching Project'through empirical research and discussed the influence of individual characteristics, the characteristics of professional skills, family characteristics and career plan characteristics on them. The results showed that, training experience,families' support and financial situation, school's attention to the project, socialacceptance and the understanding level of'Exchange and Volunteer TeachingProject'had a dramatic influence on colleges' participation; the satisfaction ratio of volunteers who participated in the project was 56.64%.The factor of agehad a negative effect on students' satisfaction evaluation, while volunteers' training level, families' support, social acceptance had significant positive effects on college students' satisfaction evaluation of'Exchange and VolunteerTeaching'program. The characteristics of college students' career plans werenot related with the satisfaction evaluation. Based on them, the paper put forward some policy suggestions.
