职业院校大学生抗逆力的影响因素及其作用机制研究

Vocational College Students' Resilience:Factors and Mechanisms

目的:考察高职院校大学生应激性生活事件与应对方式、抗逆力的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法对四所高校的320名职业院校大学生进行调查,并采用结构方程模型分析的方法对数据进行了处理。结果:(1)在性别变量上,男生的抗逆力水平高于女生;(2)抗逆力与积极的应对方式显著正相关,与消极应对方式显著负相关;(3)应激性生活事件通过积极的应对方式影响抗逆力,积极的应对方式在应激性生活事件和抗逆力之间起完全中介作用。结论:高职院校大学生的心理健康教育中,要帮助他们采用正确的方式去应对学习和生活中遇到的应激性生活事件,不断培养健康的生活方式,这样有助于他们抗逆力的培养和提高。

The essay explores the relationship between negative life events, coping styles and resilience. 320 students from 4 vocational colleges were evaluated with questionnaires and the data were analyzed by the method of SEM analysis. Results(1)scores of resilience were significantly different in sex,with the scores of male higher than female;(2)resilience was significantly correlated with positive coping styles, but not with negative coping styles;(3)negative life events could predict resilience through positive coping styles, and positive coping styles completely mediated between negative life event and resilience. Therefore, in the education of vocational college students, we should help them to choose the right coping styles and healthy life styles to treat the negative life events so as to improve their resilience.
