摘要
通过引入科学传播理论作为框架,文章从科学共同体内部及与社会的合作联系两方面切入,总结归纳当前中国应用技术大学的职能定位和传播功能,并凸显其与传统大学的区别性特征。文章将应用技术大学定位于科学传播及知识生产过程进入新的阶段后的必然产物,进而通过相关经验的总结和理论探究,为应用技术型大学社会职能的实现设计路径。通过更深入地认识应用技术大学的社会价值,阐述其对培育应用技能型创新人才、推动国家创新体系建设,以及提升公民科学素养、建构现代性社区、实现社会公正和谐等的重要意义。
With the introduction of Science Communication Theory as a framework,this paper summarizes the functions of current applied technology universities in China and highlights their distinguishing features,contrasting them with traditional universities in terms of their internal community and external relations with the society. The paper considers applied technology university as an inevitable product after science communication and knowledge production processentered a new stage. Through reviewing relevant experiences and theories,this paper tries to suggest how these universities can fulfill their social functions.Through a deeper understanding of social value and practical significance of applied technology university,we can promote the construction of national innovation system,cultivate skilled innovative talents,construct modern community,as well as enhance citizens' scientific literacy for the purpose of realizing social justice and constructing a harmonious society.
