高校职称评审中期刊分级的定量研究——以CSSCI(2014—2015)为例 被引量:4

摘要 职称评审工作居于高校教师管理的核心位置,公平合理的职称评审又依赖于学界公认的、有公信力的期刊分级分区标准。目前自然科学领域的期刊分级标准相对而言客观性更强,评价标准更为统一,而对于社会科学和人文学科而言,期刊的分级和分区尚没有相对公认和一致的评价标准,亟待进行深入研究。本文以CSSCI(2014—2015)来源刊为例,通过构建评价指标体系对高校职称评审中的期刊分级进行了定量研究,按照特定原则将各学科门类CSSCI来源期刊划分为一区、二区和三区,研究结果可以为高校人文社会科学类教师在职称评审时提供决策参考。期刊等级的划分不仅对教师职称评审具有重要的指引和导向作用,而且对高校中的各种资源配置具有直接的影响。高校和学术共同体在制定期刊分级分区标准时,程序正义和结果正义同等重要。 Title assessment work is at the core of the management of university professors. Fair and reasonable professional title assessments rely on journals of hierarchical classification standard which is authoritative and convincing. At present,journal classification standard in natural science is relatively more objective and the evaluation standard is more unified,but for social sciences and humanities,the standard of periodical classification and partition has not been recognized and consistently evaluated,which must be researched urgently. This paper conducted a quantitative research on journal classifications of professional title assessments in universities by constructing an evaluation index system on the examples of CSSCI( 2014—2015). It also classified various discipline journals of CSSCI( 2014—2015) source into zones one,two and three according to certain principles. The research results can provide professors of human and social science with references in title assessments. The classification of journal hierarchies not only has an important guidance to professors' title assessment,but also has a direct influence on all kinds of resource allocation in colleges and universities. Procedural justice and outcome justice are equally important when colleges and universities as well as academic community make journal classifications.
