摘要
将学校建设为专业学习社群是学校实现有效改进与持续发展的重要政策和实践策略。教师专业学习能力、学校社群学习能力、校长策略型学习领导、学校资源支持构成了学校作为专业学习社群的能力建设理论框架。通过验证性因素分析对基于该理论框架的表现指标效度进行了实证分析与检验。研究建议推进学校专业学习社群的能力建设需要采用全局性的观点,在系统性的考虑、评估和检测学校专业学习社群建设各方面的基础上进行。
Building the school into a professional learning community is an important strategy to help the school improve effectively and get sustainable development. Teacher individual learning capacity,school learning capacity in communities,principals' strategic leadership,andschool resources support for learning comprises the theoretical framework of capacity building of school as a professional learning community. Confirmatory factor analysis was employed to validate the framework. The research suggests that to enhance the capacity of school as a professional learning community,systematical efforts should be made to promote teacher individual learning capacity, school learning capacity in communities,principals' strategic leadership,and school resources support for learning.
