摘要
本文旨在讨论和揭示当前中国大学教育基金会在大学治理中的角色。为此,我们与7所已列入我国"双一流"建设名单大学的教育基金会负责人进行面对面的深入访谈,并对访谈数据进行了分析研究。通过研究,我们发现,尽管大学教育基金会与大学一样都是独立的法人,但大学教育基金会实际上依附于其所在大学;大学教育基金会在当前中国大学治理中仅发挥微小的作用;尽管如此,大学教育基金会正在通过捐赠基金的分配使用逐步扩大其在大学治理中的参与和影响。
This study explores the role of university education foundations( UEF) in university governance in the context of China. Based on interviews with 8 UEF directors in "double first-rate"universities in China,we found that Chinese UEFs are in fact affiliated and attached to their universities,although both sides are independent corporations in law. UEFs have played a trivial role in Chinese university governance. Nevertheless,UEFs are making contributions and getting involved via the use of the donated fund.
