高校资产投入对科研成果的影响——基于教育部直属高校的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 资产投入是高校重要办学指标和运行保障,在教育投入总体不足的情况下,如何进行资产的科学、有效配置以更好地为高校教学科研服务,这是当前高校资产管理工作面临的重要课题。本文将高校资产投入和科研成果作为研究对象,选取教育部直属高校2001—2015年数据,分析资产投入要素对科研成果的影响。研究发现,实验室和仪器设备对科研成果各变量均有显著的正向影响;图书总量对论文数量和课题数量有显著的正向影响;体育馆对论文数量有显著的正向影响;教室、图书馆、会堂、行政办公用房对课题数量和经费情况的某些方面有一定的影响;占地面积对科研成果影响不显著。实证研究结论对以提升科研成果为目标的高校如何进行资产配置具有一定的参考意义。 The input of assets is a key indicator and operation guarantee for colleges and universities. Under the circumstances of insufficient overall educational input,how to scientifically and effectively allocate assets to better serve scientific research becomes an important question for assets management in colleges and universities. This paper uses the data from 2001 to 2015 on the universities sponsored by the Ministry of Education and analyzes the influence of assets input on scientific research achievements. The study finds that laboratories and equipment have a significant positive influence on various variables of scientific research; the total number of books influences positively on the number of papers and research projects; the gymnasium has positive impact on the number of papers. What is more,classrooms,libraries,halls and administrative offices have a certain extent of influence on the number of research projects and funding,yet the impact of floor space on scientific research achievements is not significant.The empirical research findings are important to colleges and universities in allocating assets for the purpose of improving scientific research achievements.
