摘要
多渠道筹集资金,保证项目有充沛的资金支持;多角度开设课程,保证项目有丰富的活动支持;全方位开展评价,保证项目有持续的质量是持续有效开展"放学后计划"的三大保障。文章通过对美国、日本中小学"放学后计划"的分析,从资金来源、活动内容及质量监控三个方面进行比较,归纳出两国在学生放学后活动开展方面的有效策略与经验,为我国教育管理者提供参考。
Three features are the major guarantees for the continuous and effective implementation of the'after-school programs': raising funds through multiple channels to ensure that the project has sufficient financial support;setting courses from multiple angles to ensure that the project has rich activity support;evaluating the project from multiple sides to ensure that the project has sustained quality. Through a comparison of the three aspects mentioned above (source of funds,content of activities and quality monitoring),the article analyzes the 'after-school programs'among primary and secondary schools in the United States and Japan and summarizes the effective strategies and experiences of the two countries in the activities of students after school to provide lessons to be learned by Chinese educators.
