研究生入学动机与在学状态的关系研究——基于调查的实证分析

The Relationship between the Motivation and Learning Status of Graduate Students: An Empirical Investigation

本文通过对广州市具有研究生招生资格的18所大学展开调查,对研究生的入学动机、在学状态以及两者的联系进行了实证研究。研究结果显示,研究生入学动机多为提升就业质量;目前在学研究生的学习状态呈现多元化趋势,被动顺应型成为主体;入学动机与在学状态有密切的联系;不同类型高校学生的在学状态有所不同。文章认为,应该从改革招生制度、协调发展学术型研究生和专业型研究生、培养学生责任担当意识、提高教学服务水平以及完善奖助体系等方面着手提高研究生的培养质量。

This paper conductsan investigation and analysis of postgraduates’ motivations for further study,their learning status and the relationship between the two in 18 universities in Guangzhou. The results show that the motivation of taking further study is largely to improve the quality of employment. Their learning status is dominated by passive conformity. The motivation is closely related to the learning status and the learning status is different in different universities.This paper proposes that the graduate admission system should be improved,graduates’ academic learning and professional learning should be coordinated,students’ sense of responsibility should be cultivated,and the financial assistance and scholarship system at the graduate level should be completed.
