摘要
案例高职院校部分教师终止停薪留职返回学校,决定因素有五种,分别是招生压力消失、教师地位提高、薪资增长、组织氛围改善、子女教育与家人陪伴,五种因素均涉及教师工作和生活中的物质与精神两种需要。认为高职院校应不断完善以教师为中心的管理制度,正确采用各种激励措施,不断满足教师物质与精神两方面的合理需要,进一步推进教师队伍建设。
Factors that influence the choice of return by teachers in the case college include vanished recruitment pressure,better status of teachers,wage increases,improved organizational climate,education of children and companionship of relatives.All these factors are related to teachers’material needs and spiritual needs.Higher vocational technical colleges should keep perfecting teacher-centered rules and regulations and adopt appropriate motivational measures to suit the teachers’needs.
