国内外教师叙事研究综述

A Review on Teachers' Narrative Inquiry in China and Abroad

20世纪90年代以来,叙事研究作为一种研究方法和思维方式在国内外教育研究中受到广泛关注。教师叙事研究作为教育叙事研究的重要组成部分,近年来更是成为教育研究、教师教育、校本教研、教师反思的重要手段。通过回溯近30年教师叙事研究发展历程,重点分析教师叙事研究的兴起与推广、立场与特点、价值与意义、内容与主题、尚存在问题与前瞻,可以为后续教师叙事研究的理论思考和实践运用提供诸多启示,有利于推动我国教育研究和教育改革的创新和超越。

Since the 1990s,narrative inquiry,as a way of research as well as a method of thinking,has been extensively interested in education research at home and abroad.Teachers’narrative inquiry,as a significant part of educational narrative inquiry,has become an important means in education research,teacher education,school-based teaching research and teachers’reflection.Reviewing the development of teachers’narrative inquiry in the last 30 years,this paper emphatically analyzes the rise and promotion,the position and characteristics,the value and significance,the content and themes,and the existing problems and prospects of teachers’narrative inquiry,which could provide some inspiration for the future development of both theory and practice in teachers’narrative inquiry.
