2016年广州市某社区60岁及以上老年居民体检结果分析

Analysis on the physical examination results of residents aged 60 and over in a community in Guangzhou,2016

目的了解在经过慢性病管理服务后,社区老年居民慢性病体检的指标状态,为改进老年人慢性病健康管理提供科学依据。方法对2016年来自广州市白云区某社区的1 350例60岁及以上老年人的体检资料进行统计分析。结果 1 350名60岁及以上老年人中,超重及肥胖为50.67%,心电图异常42.74%,血压升高、高血脂症和高血糖患病率分别为39.26%、28.96%和2.44%。心电图异常的患病率有随年龄增加而增加的趋势,高血脂和超重及肥胖有随年龄增加而降低的趋势。女性高血脂症的患病率高于男性,其余异常情况性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超重及肥胖等危险因素对常见慢性病有影响。结论目前广州市白云区社区健康体检老年主要的健康问题是血压升高和高血脂,应引起关注并加强管理。

Objective To understand the indicators of physical?examinations of chronic diseases among elderly residents in the community,and provide scientific basis for improving the management of chronic diseases in the elderly. Methods Physical examination data were analyzed,which were collected from 1 350 old people in a community of Baiyun district,Guangzhou city,2016. Results Of 1 350 aged 60 and over,50.67% were overweight or obese,and 42.74% had abnormal electrocardiogram. The prevalence rates of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,and hyperglycemia were 39.26%,28.96%,and2.44%,respectively. The prevalence of abnormal electrocardiogram increases with age,and hyperlipidemia and overweight and obesity tend to decrease with age. The prevalence of female hyperlipidemia and central obesity was higher than that of males,and the gender differences in other abnormalities were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Risk factors such as overweight and obesity have an impact on common chronic diseases. Conclusion At present,the main health problems of the elderly in Guangzhou community are hypertension and hyperlipidemia,which should attract attention and strengthen management.
