KIR基因多态性与经性途径感染HIV/AIDS疾病进展的相关性研究

摘要 目的对深圳市经性途径感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病人杀伤细胞的免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)不同基因型的分布及其与疾病进展相关性进行研究。方法对367例经性途径感染HIV/AIDS的KIR等位基因分型,分析KIR基因型与AIDS疾病进展相关性。结果 367例经性途径感染HIV/AIDS,典型进展组(TP)282例(76.84%),缓慢进展组(SP)85例(23.16%)。TP组优势基因型是KIR 2DS3,35例(12.41%),与SP组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SP组优势基因型是KIR 2DL3有85例(100%),KIR 3DL1有83例(97.65%),与TP组比基因多态性与经性途径感染HIV后病程进展有相关性,KIR 2DS3可能与加速HIV感染者病程相关,KIR 2DL3和KIR 3DL1可能与延缓HIV感染者疾病进展相关。 Objective To study the killer cell Ig?like receptors(KIR)genotypes distribution in the AIDS patients and the relationship with disease progression in Shenzhen.Methods KIR genotypes of 367 AIDS patients were determined and their association with disease progression were analyzed.Results The typical progressors(TP)population accounted for76.84%(282),and the slow progressors(SP)population accounted for 23.16%(85)of 367 AIDS patients.The frequencies of KIR 2 DS3 in TP group(12.41%)was higher than that in SP group(P<0.05).The frequencies of KIR 2 DL3(100%)and KIR 3 DL1(97.65%)were the preponderant genotypes in SP group,which was higher than that in TP group(P<0.05).Conclusion KIR gene polymorphism had an influence on sexually transmitted infection HIV/AIDS disease progression.KIR 2 DS3 might accelerate the risk factors of HIV infection,however KIR 2 DL3 and KIR 3 DL1 might be protective factors for delaying the progression of HIV infection.
