1629例7种呼吸道病毒检测结果分析

Analysis of seven respiratory viruses in 1 629 cases

目的分析呼吸道病毒感染情况,为临床提供呼吸道病毒感染的流行特征及致病情况。方法收集广州医科大学附属第二医院呼吸道病毒检测标本1 629例,采用免疫荧光法对标本中腺病毒(AD),呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV),流感病毒A型(FluA),流感病毒B型(FluB),副流感病毒1、2、3型(PIV1、PIV2、PIV3)进行检测,采用SPSS19.0对数据进行统计学分析。结果 1 629例标本中阳性病例268例,阳性率为16.5%,其中RSV 115例,占阳性病例的42.9%。全年1-6月、10-12月RSV检出率最高,7-9月AD检出率最高。阳性病例中0～6岁组阳性率明显高于其他年龄段。男性多于女性,均以RSV居多。结论呼吸道病毒感染病例中以6岁以下婴幼儿多见,1-6月发病率高,RSV和AD阳性病例多,应尽早预防。

Objective To provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of respiratory virus infection by analyzing the respiratory virus infection.Methods1 629 respiratory virus samples were collected in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and adenovirus(AD),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),influenza A virus(FluA),influenza B virus(FluB),parainfluenza virus 1,2,3(PIV1,PIV2,PIV3),were detected by immunofluorescence method in these samples.The software SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThere were 268 positive cases in the 1629 samples.The positive rate was 16.5%.The positive samples of RSV were 115,which accounted for 42.9%of the positive cases.The most positive cases of respiratory virus were RSV from January to June and from October to December.From July to September,the most positive cases of respiratory virus were AD.The positive rate in 0~6 years old was significantly higher than that of other age groups.Among the positive cases of different genders,males were more than females and most of them were RSV positive.ConclusionIn cases of respiratory virus infection,infants and young children under 6 years old were more common.The incidence rate was high in January-June,and there were many positive cases of RSV and AD.It should be prevented as soon as possible.
