茂名市2例布鲁氏杆菌病病例的调查

Investigation of two cases of brucellosis in Maoming city

目的调查茂名市2例布鲁氏杆菌病例,以查找病原和传播危险因素,为采取针对性防控措施扑灭疫情提供依据。方法茂名市疾病预防控制中心通过对该家庭开展流行病学调查,收集临床资料、畜牧部门联防联控资料和现场调查资料,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果茂名市疾病预防控制中心经和畜牧部门深入调查,2例病例发生在同一家庭,从事饲养牲畜(猪、羊)的工作。两人均有与羊和猪直接接触史,病血液均分离出布鲁氏杆菌猪Ⅱ型,共同接触者血液标本未分离出布鲁氏杆菌。同时追踪病原查出病猪10只,10只猪的血液标本均分离出布鲁氏杆菌猪Ⅱ型。采取污染物消毒处置、宣传教育等防控措施后,该起疫情得到控制,从2015年7月30日起至现在无新发病例发生。结论加强对职业人群的防病知识宣传教育工作,提高其防病意识,共同参与布病防控工作。

Objective To investigate 2 cases of brucellosis in Maoming city,in order to find out the pathogen and risk factors of transmission,and provide evidence for taking targeted prevention and control measures to extinguish the epidemic situation.Method Clinical data,data from livestock department and field investiagation data were collected and performed descriptive epidemiological analysis by the Maoming Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Results The Maoming Center for Disease Control and Prevention conducted an in-depth investigation together with the Animal Husbandry Department.Two cases occurred in the same family and were engaged in the work of raising livestock(pig,sheep).Both of them had direct contact with sheep and pigs,and Brucella typeⅡwas isolated from the blood samples.Brucella was not isolated from the blood samples of theother family members.In casing the paothgen,10 infected pigs were found.Brucella typeⅡwas isolated from the 10 infected pigs.After taking preventive measures such as disinfection and disposal of pollutants,publicity and education,the epidemic situation was under controlled.No new cases had occurred since July 30,2015.Conclusion The publicity and education of disease prevention knowledge for occupational groups,and improving their awareness of disease prevention should be strengthened.
