摘要
目的分析珠海市实施结核病患者健康管理服务现况,为提升服务质量提供科学依据。方法利用态势分析法(SWOT分析),综合评价珠海市实施结核病患者健康管理服务项目的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。结果结核病健康管理服务项目实施前后珠海市活动性肺结核患者登记发病率、新涂阳肺结核登记发病率、治疗成功率、患者丢失率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2值分别为0.66、0.75、3.43、3.13,P值均>0.05)。态势分析可知,优势:项目开展利于结核病防治资源整合,增加服务可及性;劣势:基层医疗机构服务能力和居民认可度不足制约项目发展;机遇:政策支持经费保障,医联体形成促进项目推动;威胁:结核病防治难度加大,医防协作机制不明确。结论基层医疗机构应争取政府支持,加强资源配备和部门协作,完善内部管理,提升服务质量。
Objective To analyze the current health management services for tuberculosis(TB)patients in Zhuhai and provide scientific basis for improving the quality of services.Method SWOT analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of implementing TB health management project in Zhuhai.Results There was no significant difference in the registered incidence rate,effective rate of treatment and patient lose rate of TB patients before and after the implementation of the TB health management services project(X^2 were 0.66、0.75、3.43 and 3.13 respectively.All P values were more than 0.05).Strengths:the implementation of TB health management services project was benefit to the integration of TB prevention resources and increase the accessibility of services.Weaknesses:The inadequate capacity of Primary medical institutions and insufficient recognition of residents restricted the development of projects.Opportunities:The current policy guarantees consistent funds and medical treatment alliance promotes the progress of the project.Threats:The difficulty in the prevention and treatment of TB is increasing,and the mechanism of medical and prevention cooperation is not clear.Conclusion Primary medical institutions should increase the support of the government,strengthen department cooperation,and most important,improve quality of service.
