19342例阴道毛滴虫检查结果分析

Analysis of 19 342 cases of Trichomonas vaginalis

目的了解汕头市区妇女阴道毛滴虫感染状况,分析其易感人群和流行规律。方法收集2017年1-12月汕头大学医学院第一附属医院门诊检验科16~65岁共19 342例患者的白带常规检查结果,并进行数据处理与分析。结果 19 342例患者中,3 772例检出病原体,总阳性率为19.50%。其中阴道毛滴虫228例(1.20%),细菌406例(2.10%),真菌3 138例(16.20%)。阴道毛滴虫的感染率随年龄的增加而增加,在46~55岁年龄段达到峰值,细菌感染主要集中在36~55岁年龄段,而真菌感染率随年龄的增加而减少(P<0.05)。各种病原体感染率与月份之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根据Pearson相关值计算,在年龄方面,阴道毛滴虫与真菌感染率具有强负相关关系而与细菌相关关系很小(P>0.05);在时间方面,阴道毛滴虫与细菌和真菌感染率均具有较弱的正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论阴道毛滴虫的感染率处于全国中等水平,秋季发病率较高,年龄较集中在45~59岁。阴道毛滴虫与细菌和真菌呈现出一定的相关性。

Objective Analyze and understand the epidemiology and infectious status of Trichomonas vaginalis in women in Shantou urban district and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases by analyzing the results of leucorrhea routine test.Methods A total of 19 342 results of leucorrhea routine test of patients aged 16 to 65 years old in the Clinical Laboratory Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from January to December 2017 were collected and analyzed.Results Among the 19 342 test results collected,3 772 were pathogen positive,with a pathogen positive rate of 19.50%.Among which,fungal positive rate was 16.20%(3 138 cases),Trichomonas vaginalis positive rate was 1.20%(228 cases)and bacterium positive rate was 2.10%(406 cases).Furthermore,the infection rate of Trichomonas vaginalis was positively correlated with age with a peak in the age group of46-55.The infection rate of bacterium was the highest in the age group of 36-55.And the infection rate of fungus was significantly decreased as the age increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in monthly infection rates(P>0.05).According to Pearson correlation values calculation,infection rate of Trichomonas vaginalis had a strong negative correlation with fungal and little correlation with bacteria in terms of age.However,in terms of time,Trichomonas vaginalis infection rate had a weak positive correlation with bacterial and fungal infection rate.Conclusion The positive rate of Trichomonas vaginalis infection was 1.20%,which was at medium level.Besides,the incidence of the infection was higher in autumn and in the age groip 45-59.At the same time,Trichomonas vaginalis infection also had a certain correlation with bacterial and fungal infections.
