血液补体成分与肝脏疾病的关系研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in research on relationship between blood complement components and liver diseases

摘要 补体是一群存在于人或动物体液或细胞表面的蛋白质,可介导免疫或炎症反应,补体是机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,补体系统大约由30多种补体分子组成,80%~90%的补体成分在肝脏中合成,肝细胞同时表达多种补体受体。最近的研究表明,补体系统参与了各种肝脏疾病的发病机制,如慢性病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎等,本文综述了补体系统对各类型肝脏疾病的致病机制及诊断价值的研究进展。 Complement is a group of proteins existing on the surface of human or animal body fluid or cells,which can mediate immune or inflammatory response.Complement is an important part of the immune system.Complement system is composed of more than 30 complement molecules.80%-90%of the complement components are synthesized in the liver,and hepatocytes express multiple complement receptors at the same time.Recent studies have shown that complement system is involved in the pathogenesis of various liver diseases,such as chronic viral hepatitis,autoimmune hepatitis and so on.This paper reviews the progress of complement system in the pathogenesis and diagnostic value of various types of liver diseases.
