中非热带农业科技合作现状与展望①——以中国热带农业科学院为例

Current Situation and Prospects of China-Africa Tropical Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation——Taking the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an Example

热带农业是中非合作的重要内容,热带农业科技更是热带农业合作的关键所在。本文分析了中非热带农业科技合作现状,并提出了深化中非热带农业科技合作的建议,以期通过中非热带农业科技合作,提高非洲国家农业生产力,从而保障中国和非洲的粮食安全和提高农民收入。

Tropical agricultural cooperation is one of the important parts of China-Africa collaboration program,and the tropical agricultural science and technology is the particularly key for China-Africa cooperation on tropical agriculture.This thesis analyses the status quo of China-Africa scientific and technological cooperation in tropical agriculture,and offers the proposal for further development of mutual cooperation.This thesis aims at improving the agricultural productivity of African countries through the cooperation,thereby ensuring the food security and increasing the revenue of peasants in China and Africa.
