摘要 多种物理或化学因素如紫外线、电离辐射、化学诱变剂等可损伤细胞DNA。 8 羟基鸟嘌呤 (oh8Gua)是DNA氧化损伤的代表性产物 ,是肿瘤发生和发展的重要因素 ,因此oh8Gua的修复基因 8 羟基鸟嘌呤糖苷酶 (hOGG1)与个体癌症易感性密切相关。
