户部寨气田防护工艺技术研究

摘要 随着户部寨气田开采时间的延长 ,气井产出水呈逐年上升趋势 ,腐蚀现象也逐渐显露出来。为了保证该油田的正常生产 ,减少因腐蚀造成的损失 ,进行了气田防护工艺技术研究。采用开发研制的新型车载式周期性加药装置 ,定期投加SRH - 0 2缓蚀剂。从现场试验的部 1 - 2、部 1 - 7、卫 79- 9井井口挂片处理结果可知 :气井产出水总铁含量明显降低 ,降幅达45 %以上 ,缓蚀剂缓蚀率在 80 %以上 ,腐蚀速率控制在较低水平 (低于部颁标准 0 .0 76mm/a) ,腐蚀越严重的井 。 With the extending of production period and the increment of recovery percent of reserves in Hubuzhai Gas Reservoir,the rising trend of the amount of water yearly produced from gas well and related corrosion are presented.In order to maintain the normal production order and reduce the cost loss resulting from corrosion in this gas reservoir,the study of prevention and protection technology is conducted.The new type truck mounted periodic additive adding unit has been developed and manufactured.SRH 02 corrosion inhibitor is put into action periodically.The results of processing hanged metal sheet on the wellheads in on site tested Bu l 2,Bu l 7,Wei 79 9 show that the iron content in water produced from gas well is obviously decreased by above 45%.The antiseptic rate is more than 80%.Corrosion speed gets controlled under the ministry standard(0.076 mm/a).The more serious the corrosion is,the better corrosion inhibiting effectiveness could be reached.
