压裂机组OPP超压保护系统的研究

The Research of OPP Overpressure Protector of Frac Unit

针对目前中原油田进口HQ - 1 0 0 0、SS - 1 0 0 0压裂机组无压力保护系统的不足 ,对压裂车操作控制系统进行研究 ,研制了OPP超压保护系统。主要介绍了该系统的工作原理、结构、设计及现场应用情况。该系统具有精度高、反应快、体积小、适应性强的特点 ,对提高压裂施工的安全性、可靠性有重要意义 。

The pressure parameter is a key factor to the success of frac during the frac operation.On the site operation,pressure has its sudden variability,which can not be controlled artificially.According to the nowsdays situation of lacking protector in the frac units imported from USA in Zhongyuan Oilfield,a lot of research has been made on the operation control system of frac truck,and then a new overpressure protector suit for HQ-1000,SS-1000,HQ-1400 type frac units has been made out.After testing on more than 150 wells,this protector system has higher accuracy,quicker reflection and more suitability,also has small volume and convenient operation feature.It plays a great role in improving safety and reliability of frac operation in Zhongyuan Oilfield.
