摘要
声幅测井遇阻主要是因为压塞液不耐高温 ,顶替液耐温能力差以及压塞液和顶替液耐水泥浆污染能力差。为此室内对压塞液主要成份HV -CMC进行了优选 ,与SMP进行复配 ,并对顶替液进行了预处理 ,优选出A厂家的HV -CMC与SMP复配 ,在浓度都达到2 5 %时 ,能满足耐温抗水泥污染的要求 ,顶替液用 1 %SF - 2 60预处理 ,在 1 5 0℃ ,2 4h后仍能保持良好的流动性。该方法在现场使用后大大提高了声幅测井成功率 。
Obstruction in acoustic amplitude logging will directly prolong the time of completion operation and increase comprehensive cost of drilling.As for the reasons,nonendurance to high temperature of spacer,low resistance to high temperature of displacement fluid and low resistance to slurry pollution of spacer and displacement fluid are main points.To solve the problems,the main ingredient HV-CMC of spacer was selected,repeatedly mixing with SMP has been tried,and pretreatment to displacement fluid has been done in lab.We found the concentration of 2.5% of HV-CMC and SMP made in A plant can meet the requirements of endurance to high temperature and resistance to slurry pollution.The displacement fluid can still keep excellent flowing ability at 150℃,24 hours later, after pre treated with 1% SF-260.After application of this method at work site ,the success of acoustic amplitude logging has been largely increased,and remarkable social and economic results have been achieved.
